Meet Elaina Sicilia, the Chief Operations Officer at Jasmin Group, where she combines over a decade of expertise in business development, operations, copywriting, marketing, and management. Hailing from a background deeply rooted in entrepreneurship as a 4th generation woman business owner, Elaina's journey began in the family business, where she managed sales, creatively marketed inventory, and is currently navigating the transition into the digital era of e-commerce.
Her academic achievements include graduating in the top 10% of Washington State, earning a BA in English Lit and Language Arts from Whitworth University in 2014, completing the Landmark Form, and receiving a Notre Dame Certificate in Mission-based Outreach. Born and raised in Spokane, Elaina has a passion and commitment to community development and seeing her city change and grow to meet the needs of all residents and business professionals.
Elaina's approach to working with clients is intentional, personal, and holistic, with a focus on creating effective business solutions by authentically connecting with clients. She thrives on supporting local entrepreneurs, making their dreams a reality, and contributing to the success of existing programs and initiatives. By incorporating AI into business operations and development, she expedites and streamlines operations and marketing systems.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Elaina finds joy in creative writing, tending to her Floral Garden, playing music, enjoying local art, and spending quality time with her son Elijah.
Elaina's recent successes include managing the development and launch of Chiko’s Child Care, co-founding a new online platform (Trybe LLC) focused on Black & Allied business professionals, securing funding to plan & open a state of the art ELC facility in NE Spokane, and providing administrative services to local community focused organizations such as Chief Garry Park Neighborhood Council, Carl Maxey, and Takeall to support their operations and marketing efforts.
As Elaina looks to the future, she envisions expanding her consultation and marketing services within Jasmin Group. She hopes to see her efforts contribute to ongoing growth and positive change in Spokane and the PNW.
