As the Senior Pastor of Maranatha Church/Jasmin Ministries Inc., Luc pioneered impactful programs for youth and established an orphanage in Haiti, providing care and support to vulnerable children.

His advocacy extends beyond business realms, as evidenced by his pivotal roles in Northeast Youth and Family Services and the Washington Childcare Centers Association/Foundation, where he endeavors to eliminate barriers to pediatric services, promote community partnerships, and advocate for childcare accessibility and quality.

Luc's dedication to advocacy and leadership extends to numerous board memberships and community engagements, including his chairmanship of the Spokane Office of Police Ombudsman Commission and roles in Career Technical Education and the Chief Garry Park Neighborhood Council. About Amber

Meet Amber Jasmin, the Chief Financial Officer of the organization. With a background rooted in public accounting, she boasts over 15 years of experience delving into financial statements, auditing, and financial consulting. Her journey began with a love for numbers and a desire to help others navigate the complex world of finance. She believes in meeting clients where they are, listening to their needs, and teaching them what they need to know to succeed.

When Amber isn't engrossed in spreadsheets, she enjoys spending quality time with her two lovely daughters, Kya and Skye, or solving logic problems - a hobby she has enjoyed since childhood. Amber enjoyed playing volleyball in college and watching her kids play sports as they grow older.

One recent accomplishment Amber is particularly proud of is participating in tax workshops for the community, providing crucial guidance to immigrants navigating the complexities of the U.S. tax system. In addition to tax workshops, she enjoys forensic accounting and the opportunity to serve as a versatile resource across various areas of accounting.

Looking ahead, Amber looks forward to expanding her supervisory role within Jasmin Group, empowering her team to take on deliverables and advance in their roles. About Elaina

Meet Elaina Sicilia, the Chief Operations Officer at Jasmin Group, where she combines over a decade of expertise in business development, operations, copywriting, marketing, and management. Hailing from a background deeply rooted in entrepreneurship as a 4th generation woman business owner, Elaina's journey began in the family business, where she managed sales, creatively marketed inventory, and is currently navigating the transition into the digital era of e-commerce.

Her academic achievements include graduating in the top 10% of Washington State, earning a BA in English Lit and Language Arts from Whitworth University in 2014, completing the Landmark Form, and receiving a Notre Dame Certificate in Mission-based Outreach. Born and raised in Spokane, Elaina has a passion and commitment to community development and seeing her city change and grow to meet the needs of all residents and business professionals.

Elaina's approach to working with clients is intentional, personal, and holistic, with a focus on creating effective business solutions by authentically connecting with clients. She thrives on supporting local entrepreneurs, making their dreams a reality, and contributing to the success of existing programs and initiatives. By incorporating AI into business operations and development, she expedites and streamlines operations and marketing systems.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Elaina finds joy in creative writing, tending to her Floral Garden, playing music, enjoying local art, and spending quality time with her son Elijah.

Elaina's recent successes include managing the development and launch of Chiko’s Child Care, co-founding a new online platform (Trybe LLC) focused on Black & Allied business professionals, securing funding to plan & open a state of the art ELC facility in NE Spokane, and providing administrative services to local community focused organizations such as Chief Garry Park Neighborhood Council, Carl Maxey, and Takeall to support their operations and marketing efforts.

As Elaina looks to the future, she envisions expanding her consultation and marketing services within Jasmin Group. She hopes to see her efforts contribute to ongoing growth and positive change in Spokane and the PNW.

Meet Katia Jasmin, the visionary founder and executive director of Creole Resources, a non-profit organization committed to empowering immigrant and Black communities through education, advocacy, and unwavering support.

Katia's journey embodies resilience and determination, marked by her roles as Assistant Director at a daycare for over six years and as a Supervisor at Boost Mobile for a decade. Additionally, she serves as the office manager for Jasmin Group LLC, a family-owned business specializing in financial services.

Originally from Haiti, Katia's path led her to the Dominican Republic in response to challenges in her homeland. However, her resolve to pursue her aspirations remained unyielding. She obtained a degree in business administration from the Dominican Republic, laying the foundation for her mission-driven pursuits.

Katia's fervor for effecting positive change and motivating others to pursue their ambitions knows no bounds. Whether she's enjoying precious moments with her children and loved ones, immersing herself in nature through invigorating hikes, or simply marveling at the beauty of life, her passion shines through.

Denise appreciates the automation and consistency that modern tools bring to the finance industry. Recently, she has developed her own W9s for clients, showcasing her commitment to staying at the forefront of industry advancements.

Introducing Gordon, our Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator, deeply rooted in the scenic splendor of the Pacific Northwest. Proudly born in Spokane, Gordon's heart lies within the region, where he envisions keeping his roots alongside his wife wife and two incredible daughters, accompanied by their lively household of two dogs and a cat.

Gordon's journey into the world of graphic design began in his formative years, sparked by his mother's influence as a graphic and web designer. From his early teens, he immersed himself in design, mastering various programs and even delving into coding, spurred by the digital revolution of platforms like MySpace.

Throughout high school, Gordon's passion for design continued as he eagerly pursued multiple design courses and undertook the ambitious task of crafting a website for his senior project. Despite initially viewing design as a hobby, he graduated from Eastern Washington University with a BA in Visual Communications Design, complemented by a certificate in UX Design, marking the dawn of his career.

Over the past decade, Gordon has honed his craft across diverse sectors of the design world, spanning freelance web and graphic design, production design, non-profit design, and social media marketing. He has left his creative imprint on multiple local musicians, businesses, and events, crafting logos, websites, and marketing materials that resonate with their audiences. Notably, Gordon's talent shines through as the designer behind the 2023 Bloomsday finisher medal and the stylish 2024 Bloomsday volunteer shirt, adding to his impressive portfolio of achievements.
